Kids Yoga
Our Services
Our practitioner can come to your school, childcare facility, camp, community center, or home to host a customized session tailored to your needs.
Sessions incorporate yoga with movement, music, stories, and mindfulness activities for an interactive and engaging experience.
Babies & Toddlers
Sessions teach caretakers developmental exercises and playful yoga poses to aid in brain development, fine and gross motor skills, communication and social skills, digestion and promote better sleeping patterns. These exercises will also build muscle strength for crawling, cruising, walking, jumping and other age appropriate skills.
Preschoolers
Classes include a combination of yoga poses and sequences including sun salutations and partner and group poses. We will also engage in mindfulness activities through stories, play, breathing exercises, and relaxation/visualization techniques.
Elementary
Age appropriate yoga poses, partner and group poses all encourage family bonding time all while building confidence and self-esteem. This class incorporates music, stories, and fun yoga games for the whole family.
Teens & Tweens
Classes are designed to improve strength, balance, attention, and coordination through fun yoga games, yoga sequences, partner, and group poses. Students will learn mindfulness activities, breathing exercises, and visualization techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.
