Kids Yoga & Wellness

Prior to beginning her Yoga Teacher Journey, Patrice worked in the early education field as a teacher and assistant director, providing support to young children, educators, and families. She uses her classroom experience to design an engaging mindfulness curriculum to promote gross and fine motor development, increase self-regulation skills, increase focus and concentration, and boost self-confidence. The workshops incorporate yoga with movement, music, stories, and mindfulness activities for an interactive and engaging experience.


Patrice can come to your school, childcare facility, camp, community center, or home to host a customized session tailored to your needs.

Babies + Toddlers

This 30-minute class is designed for infants and toddlers (7-months to 3 years old) and their guardians. This practice will teach caretakers developmental exercises and playful yoga poses to aid in brain development, fine and gross motor skills, communication and social skills, digestion and promote better sleeping patterns. These exercises will also build muscle strength for crawling, cruising, walking, jumping and other age appropriate skills.

Preschoolers

This 30-minute class is designed for preschool age children (3 to 6 years olds) and their guardians. This practice includes a combination of yoga poses and sequences including sun salutations and partner and group poses. We will also engage in mindfulness activities through stories, play,  breathing exercises, and relaxation/visualization techniques.

School Age Children

What is Reiki?

Reiki Energy Healing is a method of removing barriers and balancing energy in our bodies. The goal is to release that which no longer serves us. Energy healing sessions can target specific physical, mental, and emotional ailments. Black Lotus Yoga & Wellness offers both virtual and in-person Reiki treatments to restore life energy to a balanced state.

Teens + Tweens

This 45 minute class is designed for teens and tweens (12 to 18 years old). This class is designed to improve strength, balance, attention, and coordination through fun yoga games, yoga sequences, partner, and group poses. Students will learn mindfulness activities, breathing exercises, and visualization techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.

Join us for kids yoga at the horse sanctuary led by Patrice Morrison, certified yoga instructor and founder of Black Lotus Yoga & Wellness! 


This 60-minute class introduces foundational yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques in a fun and engaging way. Your child will strengthen their body while having fun, laughing, and fostering their imaginations. This playful class will include yoga games, stories, songs, and dance. Please bring your own mat or blanket.

Grow & Flow: A Kids Mini Yoga Retreat

Grow & Flow is a joyful half-day yoga and mindfulness retreat for children ages 8–10, designed to spark movement, creativity, and connection. Led by studio owner Selena Natale and fellow RYT instructor Patrice Morrison, this special experience invites kids to explore playful yoga, calming breathwork, confidence-boosting games, and expressive crafts—all in a warm, small-group environment. It’s a meaningful way to close out summer and help kids feel calm, confident, and ready for the school year ahead.
