Prior to beginning her Yoga Teacher Journey, Patrice worked in the early education field as a teacher and assistant director, providing support to young children, educators, and families. She uses her classroom experience to design an engaging mindfulness curriculum to promote gross and fine motor development, increase self-regulation skills, increase focus and concentration, and boost self-confidence. The workshops incorporate yoga with movement, music, stories, and mindfulness activities for an interactive and engaging experience.
