We recognizes that drop-in rates and studio memberships can create a barrier to holistic wellness spaces. Our goal is to develop a complementary video library to support those who can't afford drop-in rates for registrations. We welcome you to use these videos to support your wellness practice.

Yoga Nidra is a form of conscious deep relaxation that uses a variety of techniques. The practice includes guided meditation, visualization, body scanning, breathwork, and mantras to help calm the mind and body. These 15-minute sessions are designed for practitioners of all levels, whether you are brand new to meditation or interested in deepening your practice.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a low-impact and accessible approach to yoga, allowing practitioners to obtain flexibility, increase mobility, improve posture and alignment, and reduce stress. This gentle practice involves a variety of seated positions and modified poses. The chair is used as a prop to provide balance and stability throughout the class. These 20-minute sessions are designed for practitioners of all yoga levels, abilities, and ages. This class is great for beginners!
